The double room with an extra fridge and comfy bed was great. The electric kettle, fridge, and glassware were a nice touch. The location in the heart of Rome was amazing. It was near the main attractions and plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, train stations, the Colosseum.

We had a wonderful stay at 1A Grace House. the location was excellent, just a few minutes from the Colosseum and within walking distance of many attractions. the apartment was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a washing machine. Grace, our host, was very kind and helpful. If we ever visit again, we would definitely choose this apartment for our stay. Cons: Absolutely nothing 🙌.

loved our stay at grace house in rome! great location, close to colosseum and city center, with a supermarket and public transportation nearby. graciela was such a helpful host, always quick to respond to our requests. the room was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. will definitely keep it on our shortlist for future visits!
